  1. Thanks so much everyone for the suggestions. I just took a phenergan and I guess I will be knocked out soon, lol.
  2. Hi everyone. I'm new here and I love all of the goals you've set for yourself. I'm only 1 week 3 days post op and have lost 17 pounds:)) I am so excited and can't wait to see the new me! I know for sure that I will be saving up for a body lift and maybe a boob job too. But the smaller rewards, well, just being with my family and spending time with them is enough. You see, I struggle with RA too so this surgery is really important to me.
  3. Hi everyone. What a great place to come to share stories and get advice. I am one week 3 days post op. I have a question for everyone. I had nausea really bad the first few days. I mean, I couldn't even drink 15ml of liquid lortab that they were trying to give me for pain. I'd gag so hard and had the dry heaves. I know, TMI. But it was horrible. Now, I don't have the nausea as much, but as soon as I put anything in my mouth, which is liquids now, or pudding, etc., I get really nauseated. Has anyone experienced this? I called the nurse and should be getting a call back soon.
