This is my hair without any of the fibre product

It doesn't help grow hair. But it hides it amazing. My hair looks full I'm taking 5000mcg of Biotin to help grow back Just got back blood work from doctor. Thought maybe my thyroid off. Bad hair loss, shivering , lack of energy. It turns out its my Iron. Dropped from 80 to 10. She said common for gastric patients. Anything below 16 will cause hair loss So maybe get yours checked I'm on B12 shots and iron pills now I'll post a pic of my hair with that powder hiding my loss / and one without the powder if u are interested .

I've seen the tutorials on YouTube. Buy can't find the thing a dos to put inside tried sponge rollers but doesn't look as nice. Yours look amazing and professional !! I showed ur pic to my girlfriend today ( hope u don't mind lol) She loves your look and thinks you look amazing too !! xoxoxo

Not for everyone I lady a know lost a lot ... 4 years later hasn't had any re growth and wears a clip in hair bangs piece to hide it. I'm too scared to take a chance ... So I'm gonna try everything I can ... Just in case.

No problem !! Same here !! Mine's almost waist length ... I'm sooo scared to loose it ! Hopefully we won't have too... We need the hair to go with the new body! Lol xoxo

Keri ... That shampoo doesn't do anything. I tried ! Take 5000mcg of biotin a day with multivitamin and hair and nails grow like crazy. For now I'm just hiding spots with powder made of little fibres. It attaches to even peach fuzz and makes your hair look super thick ! Doesn't come out until u shampoo.

Down 60 lbs. look sloppy in all my clothes because they are loose. and hair is starting to go too ;( But woohoo to weightloss !! Congrats everyone ! ( amazing sunshynie ;p)

Don't worry ... Everyone looses at different pace. 31 pounds is a wonderful accomplishment !! I'm struggling with exercise and fibromyalgia too. I stopped taking lyrica cause it does promote weigh gain. Maybe talk to your doctor about that ! Congrats on success so far xoxo

I ate it at 4 weeks .. Lol I have a iron stomach !! But I only do like two bites ... I wanted a Big Mac so badly one day ... I went to mcds for my kids and couldn't resist ... The head hunger should have been operated on as well !! I got a cheeseburger .. Told them to dress it like a Big Mac ... And had like 2 bites. So full it felt like Christmas dinner. But it took the head craving away ... I don't so this everyday incase anyone is ready to tell me I'm nuts. Lol I follow the guidelines most of the time !!
