I was banded last year in Febuary...and my fiance was banded on Friday!! We are now band buddies!!!

Hi Im new around here, my name is Kate and Im from Australia. I am having surgery on the 4th of feb and for the next few weeks I am on an optifast diet. I was just wondering if anybody else has had to be on a special diet before your surgery?
