  2. Be prepared to be out those 4 to 6 weeks. If school is important look into online classes. You will be up and alert but when it's time to sit down and rest youre gonna need to listen to your body. I took online classes and between my periodic walks, struggling to drink Water and figuring out what to eat ... I sat in the bed with my laptop and did my assignments
  3. I think the drinkers are worried and those that don't indulge very much think it's dumb to be concerned about alcohol with such a serious and extreme surgery. I think you should be concerned about everything and ask but alcohol concerns are just as dumb as I can't give up my straw comments.
  4. Hey there.. Im pretty athletic and I just back into working out as fast as possible. It took about 2 weeks of down time with light walking. 3rd week I was power walking and about the 4th week I was running. You do have to have your tummy wrapped because you'll still have to deal with the wombs healing and your insides that heal slow. You will find yourself turning the wrong way or something and it'll feel like your insides where ripped. Wouldn't recommend weight lifting for at least the 6 to 8 weeks later and your Dr will say the same. About 6 to 8 weeks I was back don kick boxing but found that I had times when I went hard that I should have maybe been sitting my butt down somewhere.
