  1. Congrats Dazey, Hello everyone I was also banded last Tuesday 28th and am really looking forward to the weight coming off, as I know I will feel a whole heap better about myself. I feel a bit windy, and have a pain in my left shoulder, I can do without, which they tell me is referred pain from the gas. Doctor wanted me to stay on optifast shakes for a few days but I have been eating a bit of soft food. All told I have lost about 8kg from beginning of Optifast stage so its slowly coming off and I couldn't be happier..........
