  2. I'm 5'1 and 1/2. I had surgery 12 weeks ago. I started at 218, now weigh 181. It is slow but steady, every week the weight comes off. As I have seen on here, slow and steady wins the race. ????

  4. I was sleeved Oct 3 and have found that all the full liquids I have are now too sweet! The greek yogurt is ok but the shakes are too sweet, jello also too sweet. I can tolerate soups and water. Anyone have any suggestions?
  5. Hi All, I have been an RN for 7 years, in Las Vegas, NV. Just had sleeve done on Oct 3rd. Still working on getting the gas out. Nice to get rid of this caregiver physique . Time for me to nurse myself. Glad this forum exists.
