Hi everybody I was sleeved Jan 8th at 730 am with Dr Marquez. I am doing really good I think no gas pains at all and i only have a little soreness on 1incision hurts when I move but thats it. My Dr said my surgery was boring that everything went so good. Gave me pics of the whole process.

I am 5'5 sleeved 1/8/13 want to get down to 135 from 312

Hi I was a smoker, weird to say that right now. But I had to realize is that this was my so called fix everything if I was stressing or sad or had to think I went for a cig. But if it was important or serious like being preg or breastfeeding I could quit faster then u could breath. I have asthma and even that did not make me quit, I wanted to but it was a lot more stress that made that impossible. One being having 4 kids and needing that 5 minute break outside alone. But I quit at the same time I started my preop its hard taking both of my main coping tools away. I am ok with that because I finally am doing something for me, I finally feel I deserve a good chance and you do to. You will not quit till ur heart and mind is ready people can say what they wanna. It does not matter when u ready just like I was it will happen. Best wishes to you I know it ain't easy.

So I have a 7 1/2 month old she weighs 19 lbs. Can I sit and hold her? And if I needed to can I lift her if only for moving her to her bed or in the car? Surgery Jan 8th 2013 Thanks in advance for ur help

I also get to call on monday for my time for Tuesday. Now things are get real up in here. Today I meet with anesthesia, paid my copay, did last of blood work so on Tuesday only have to do pregnancy test and thats all. I can not wait so happy right now

So this has been a interesting year for me to say the least. 1. I went back to God for I knew I could not keep doing this myself. 2. The father of my little girl we broke up. 3. The love of my life my ex proposed to me. 4. I had my baby girl and we had to go to Dell Childrens Hospital ICU level 4. 5. I go to the hospital from being sick, stessed and worried about my little girl. 6. My 3 boys start getting sick left and right. 7.my dad goes in to the hospital for his heart. 8. Me and my so called fiancé breaks up due to everything going on. 9. I got approved for the sleeve. 10. Last but not least I made it under 300 lbs before this year was out. So all that to say I am ready for 2013 cause I am only taking the good with me and the bad stuff is not invite to come with me to rock 2013. Together we all can succeed. HAPPY NEW YOU AND A NEW YEAR!

I am the same day nerves have not kicked in I am just ready.

Hi we have the same date lol and I started mine officially on the 26th also. Its going ok I do good during the day until its time to cook for my kids. And because I am to just stay under 1200 I eat with them and just make sure protein and calorie wise I am good. WRONG i so need to stop this I feel I could lose way more weight. Pray for me any and everybody
