  3. Hello from Des Moines, IA I am a 42 year old mom of a teenage boy and wife of 15 years. I've struggled with weight off and on all of my life and I'm just tired off it! I've lost the same weight so many times that it didn't seem worth trying anymore. Then I went to Boy Scout camp with my son and the concern on his face when I struggled to breath on the hikes just killed me. That's when I knew I needed to get serious about getting healthy, not just losing weight. I want to enjoy my life and not end up missing great opportunities as my son grows up. I am looking forward to going to camp next year and being at the front of the line on those hikes, challenging the boys to keep up
