  1. Thank you everyone for your reply's.
  2. I was sleeved on January 15 and still have nausea and vomiting. Is this common and does anyone else have this too?
  3. Thank you both for responding. I will try really hard to get all my fluids and protein in
  4. I had surgery on 1/15/13. Everything seemed to be going great, weight loss of 15lbs right away. Now it's been 12 days and I haven't lost anything. This is very discourging Not sure if this has happened to anyone else so early in the game? Also, I was wondering if anyone gets dizzy and heart races when standing from a sitting or laying position? I'm thinking it might be dehydration, and I try very hard to get all my fluids in, which is pretty much impossible right now. Thanks for any feed back
  5. What does your pre op diets consist of? My doctor said I only have to do clear liquids the day before surgery, but I would like to do a pre op diet to lose 20 pounds before surgery. I'm planning on having it done sometime in January.
  6. Thanks everyone
  7. Thanks! I'll check around.
  8. I'm having the sleeve done in November and wanted to try the pre op diet to see how well I can do. Does anyone know what the diet consist of?
