I used my fitness pal before the I had the sleeve, does anyone know how to delete that data? I want to start all my data over from the date I had the surgery. I don't have friends either...lol. User name is karina5081.

I recommend Knudsen CC....it's the best one I've had and it's dry compared to others I've tried.

I am in the purée stage. Would it be ok to have a protein smoothie from Tropical Smoothie? I'm conserned about the nutrition facts.
