I have been having major issues with constipation over the last 2 months......I make sure I exercise 5 times a week, drink water, add fiber to my diet...and nothing seem to be working. The only way I would have a bowel movement is if I do something drastic like taking chewable ex-lax, Stool softeners, using an enema, drinking Epson salt and water, or suppositories. "Idiopathic" means the cause of the constipation is unknown...Hopefully this will do the trick. I have noticed over the last month my weight loss has stop, I’m thinking it’s because of my constipation.....But If you continue to have problems consult your Doctor.
