    Hi All! Surgery date 10/8 in NJ. 50 yrs young, married, two adult children. Started my pre-op diet one week ago...going much better than I thought. Lost 15 lbs so far! Yes, I'm hungry but it's so interesting to really feel what my stomach feels like empty...then to feel the difference with a little something in it, and focus on the feeling of being satisfied. The beginning of a whole new way of eating....LOVE it! Best wishes to everyone for a successful and healthy experience
