1/4 cup protein for dinner or 8 oz of cheese.
Evening snack (sometimes) no sugar added popsicle.
I was sleeved on 8/20. I lost 32lbs before my surgery. I have lost 20lbs since my surgery on 8/20. I had my first stall this last week. I am starting Water aerobics next week so hopefully that exercise will help the weight start coming off faster.
I am also on soft foods. I am eating egg salad, pudding, yogurt, Jello, tuna, Protein drinks, and Peanut Butter.
Highest weight: 332lbs
Surgery Date: 300lbs (8/20)

I was sleeved on 8/20. And i know exactly how u feel because i had a hard time too. Water was the worst for me. Try changing the temp of your water. For me the colder the water was....the better. Then i started adding crystal light and that helped me get my fluids in. I am still struggling to get to the full 64 oz but i add in 1 sugar free popsicle and 1/2 a cup of sugar free jello a day and those help my fill the liquids gap.
I am a 8/20 sleever too. I am on 8 ounces of Protein shake daily and building up my liquids.
I have 2 ounces of shake 4 times a day. Adding Crystal light to my Water has helped me get my liquids down.
Today I made some sugarfree Jello and that was a nice treat.
Week 3 i get to add pureed foods. I am excited!
I was sleeved on 8/20, home on 8/21 and 8 days out I have lost 9lbs so far.
Highest weight 332.
8/20 Surgery date 300.
Today 291.
So excited to have made it this far.
