  1. thank you everyone, I guess I did have my expectation really high, I'm starting to eat normal food now or purée. I always start with greens n work my way to proteins but I get full so fast, that's the point of the surgery haha. I haven't really exercised much but my doctor told me I could start walking and lifting very light weights. any recommendations on types of exercise routines?
  2. I everyone, I'm Karen and I'm 22 yrs old. I have about 170 pounds that I want to lose. about three weeks ago I had the sleeve gastrectomy done. the surgery went fine but I had to stay in the hospital because I was throwing up the second I woke up. that scared me to death and I was worried I had made a mistake. now three weeks has gone by and i feel much better, I had my recent check up and found out I lost 20 pounds. I'm very happy but I'm wondering if I should have lost more weight? I'd love some tips from anyone! thank you
