  1. I am on Day 4 and haven't cheated. I'm already sick of protein shakes and need to start drinking more of them. I am allowed to have broth and that has been really helping. I also do different flavors of Crystal Light and different flavors of jello which helps too. Also, I do chew sugar free gum if I need to get rid of the protein taste and that keeps me busy and distracts from being hungry. can't wait to be done with this part.
  2. My surgery is scheduled for the 14th also - just ending day 4 of liquid diet. I am doing much better than I expected on the liquid diet, but am starting to get really nervous about surgery. Can't believe it's less than 2 weeks away!!!
