  1. I feel your pain. Was sleeved 9/16, lost 22 lbs in the first two weeks (8 of which was IV fluids I picked up in the hospital) then stalled. It's been 3.5 weeks since I've lost anything and I'm getting so frustrated. Getting 60-80 gm of protein, keeping carbs low, 700-900 cal a day and exercising 4-5 times a week. At my weight I should be able to eat 2200 cal just to maintain!
  2. I was sleeved 9/16. Starting weight 264, surg date 241, day I left the hospital 249 (yes, 8 lbs of IV fluids), I lost 22 lbs in the first two weeks (227) and have been stalled for the last 3.5 weeks. So frustrated. Exercising, eating low carb high protein. Keep thinking "I did this for 20 lbs?" Nutritionist wants me on metformin for insulin resistance (I'm not diabetic) and said to try GTF Chromium. Anyone else use GTF Chromium?
  3. I was 9/16 too. Lost 20 in the first two weeks and have been stalled for the last 3.5. Super frustrated. Finally started getting 700-900 cal with 70-80 gm protein and under 70 gm of carbs. Started having the "I did this for 20 lbs?" thoughts. Nutritionist told me to up my cal because I was around 600 and I actually gained a pound! How do you gain weight on 700-900 cal a day? At my weight I would need 2200 a day just to maintain. It doesn't make sense!
  4. And I was sleeved 9/16
  5. Having the same issues. It's not a lot when I do but now I completely understand the "never trust a fart" saying. About 20 minutes after I "eat" I am running to the bathroom with lots of gurgling noises in my intestines. I'm on full liquids now but is this normal (liquid in-liquid out)? I know I'm not hitting my protein or calorie goals but its annoying that I can't leave the house after I eat until my "event" is over.
