    Hi love this forum.Im a Aussie also live on the Gold Coast.I had my super approved thank god. Im goint thru Dr Silverman at John Flynn.I see the dietician and the psychologist on Tuesday. I havent booked the op as yet looking at the 10/9 or the 17/9. Still cannot believe I got my super so I suppose it was meant to happen. julie
