Hello all I was an August 13th sleever and each day is getting better for me. I'm finding it really hard to get all my protein in, but I'm making sure I get as much as I can and staying hydrated.

Hi everyone, I had my VSG on Tuesday, August 14th so today makes me 2 days post op. I'm having a lot of trouble drinking any water at all and drinking the protein and taking my vitamins is a struggle. Has anyone experienced this? The surgeon says my stomach is still swollen and it's going to be rough at first but I don't want to risk dehydration or malnutrition!
