Protein shakes after surgery

Hi, I'm Julie I was sleeved on May 6th also and am having the same problem! I loved the shakes before and I'm eating my pruree's okay, but the shakes hurt my belly.... Can't get protein in and I hate drinking all the time... It's all a learning process and I'm sure it will come together eventually... My nutritionist said (yesterday) than dumping it in chocolate pudding would be okay and I'm doing that.. It's all that works for me so far... PS I'm using Body Fortress!! I was thinking a different brand might help... IDK!
