    I had my lapband placed by Dr. Ren on March 1, 2002. It will be my 6 year anniversary on March 1 - I can't believe it's been that long! When I had my surgery done, it was only Dr. Ren in the practice. It's changed radically, as has the protocols they now use. But I can say that everyone in that practice is incredibly competent from the docs, to the nurse practitioner, to the office staff. Would I do it again? Definitely. Would I go back to Dr. Ren? I wouldn't go anywhere else. Janice
