Full liquids for two weeks... Day one no cheating but lots of snapping at people and actually trying to use the force on my husband to keep his mouth closed. Yoda I am not so I just started yelling and then hid in the bathroom till my fit was over.

My drs office had the list and we checked it off one by one and I was approved first time around

My surgery stuff was submitted by drs on August 8th and I was approved on the 15th

I feel like I am going through a divorce with food. Ready to let go of this bad marriage and learn to deal with life without food being the primary focus. Eat to live not live to eat.

Surgery approved and they moved the date up to Sept 4th!!!

By ideas , tips, I am scared I won't be able to do it.

My date just moved up to Sept 4th!!! Liquid diet starts Monday

I was worried they scheduled my surgery before approval well my fears were unfounded!!! They got final approval today and moved my surgery date to Sept 4th Monday starts liquid diet.

I am scheduled for sept 17 dr Hawver at mercy

I am 4"11 and 3/4 I weigh 241 right now my surgery is scheduled sept 17th

My dr office gave me a list and we did every step plus she requires extra pre-op therapy and support groups, physical therapy before and after to start reasonable and progressing exercise. Plus she's tough about pre surgery changes...to prove your ready for the lifestyle change. Her bariatrics coordinator called said this is your date and I submitted everything see you in Sept. I wasn't worried till I seen on here that a lot of people are denied several times.

Well I have Cigna and my surgeon actually requires more things than the insurance did. We're any of you denied your first time applying ?

My dr set the date I haven't heard if insurance approved would they have set a date if they hadn't spproved?

How many of you were denied by insurance and had to reschedule? I have done everything on the insurance list should I be worried?
