  8. 4 weeks out had my nutritionist appointment today and was cleared to eat anything that I can tolerate. 100 or less carbs a day 600/800 cals a day no more than 7 g of sugar per item. Rice bread and cereals cleared. my exercise physiologist has cleared me for all exercises as well. I weighed in at 231.2 this morning . I've had no complications tg.   10. I had my sleeve in the US. when you are self pay you get a discount at most all hospitals in the US. So mine was a tad over 25k. I was happy to pay it going to Mexico was not an option. I wanted it done here so my doc was here when or if I needed him. So keep in mind self pay always has a nice discount call a few places if you like to confirm that .
  11. How much is norm lost when it does break? I droped 2 lb's and I hope that it's more then 2lb's. How do you really know when the stall is over? The stall and plateau article is not very clear on that. Any info on that from you

  16. Not lose anymore weight I have been very very slow 3 1/2 weeks and I'm only down 10lb. Biggest fear not dropping any more pounds and being fat forever. I don't worry about losing hair there are hair extensions and designer wigs.
  17. At Walmart they have a little tiny glass measuring cup they look like a shot glass they hold 4 ounces and are microwavable. I used it like a bowl for the first two weeks. They are around 94c or a few dollars I can't remember exactly. I have a biggest loser scale as well for measuring food it's pretty easy to use.
  18. Ok I'm doing 5 mils a day 7 days a week. I just bought a new elliptical machine did 40 mins yesterday 30 minutes today . No walks to cold and rain all day. Is anyone else working out seven days a week? Is that doing to much? I'm 3 weeks out but was walking before I was sleeved I'm a slow loser to boot. I am cleared for exercise by my Doc. Is working out 30 minutes to one hour seven days a week to much or to little?
