  1. Thank you Lissa. I didn't think I would ever be able to have Coke again.
  2. Hello, I'm only about two months out from surgery so I'm not an expert but you are correct about soda unless it is flat. You aren't suppose to drink from a straw either. You will have to make the consumption of protein and water a priority. If you get low on either your energy will be zapped, or at least that's how it did for me. You will also need to watch your carbs like if you were on the Atkins diet. The surgery is still worth things that we have to change. Good luck in making your decision.
  3. Thank you. The doctor used titanium staples and stitches on my stomach.
  4. Hello, I had my surgery 3 Jul and I stall all the time. I get frustrated because I watch my carbs and a lot of times only have Protein shakes. I thought the weight would fly off but instead I think it is attached to fly paper. It seems I'm able to eat too much as well. I can eat two or three ice-cube size servings instead of one. I have a fear that my stomach has stretched. We will succeed.
  5. Hello, I've been having pain in my right front, where I think my stomach is. Is this normal? I sleep on my right side is that ok or am I squishing my stomach? I had my surgery the end of July.
