  2. Yes, I'm currently looking for a support group. Today was a good day, I was able to get some good soup down and I felt satisfied. Oh and believe me I'm recording everything on my DVR...lol

  4. I'm 1 week post op and so far this has been a very hard wk. The hardest thing for me is watching TV! I see these food commercials and I go through an emotional roller coaster. I know I'm not physically hungry but I'm so head hungry! Is this my food addiction or me breaking habits? I feel broken

  6. I miss salads much I had a dream last night that I STOLE some poor lady's salad! I laughed when I told mother but then I was sad again. I miss you salad. ;(
  7. Mine is the same, I think our body is retaining a lot of water too.
  8. My doc isn't so stricked he allows me to have thinned mashed potatoes and cream of wheat as part of my post op liquid diet. It concerns me alittle but I don't want to get burnt out of broth.
  9. I don't feel full off liquids, they hurt more then the mushy stuff. Thats why I'm confused, they even served me cream of wheat in the hospital on the last day. I think I will stick to more liquid and protein shakes.
  10. I had surgery 11/6/12 and today is 11/10 and I ate runny mash potatoes and hummus. I felt fine but don't know if I'm pushing the limit?
