  2. I also read that sometimes an antacid will "cure" the hunger pains because it's not necessarily hunger that you are feeling.
  3. I am having the same issue with my energy level. I am 6 weeks out of surgery today and my energy is still way down. I'm not sure if it's because i'm having such a hard time meeting my Protein goals daily or if it's hormones or what. As far as the Water is concerned, i have been wanting substantially more water to drink in general than ever before. I haven't really noticed any difference during that time of the month. I would love any suggestions anyone can offer in regards to upping my energy level. I'm taking all the Vitamins and exercising, just having a hard time meeting the protein goal daily. Thanks!
