  1. Surgery went great and so loving my path to my new journey so far.

  4. Im in the same boat. I had surgery December 3 and only lost 8 pounds. I thought i was on my own.
  5. I've had horrible heavy bleeding before surgery and i still have my period. Did anyone else cycle was controlled after surgery. I was sleeved on the 3rd of December and i am still heavy and clotting. Thanks

  8. Is anyone going through what I'm going through. Any pointers would help. Yeah, yeah i spoke to my nutrition and he said to keep drinking water and walk 30 minutes a day and i do. Any idea will help.
  9. Congrats to everyone that's approve for surgery. I had surgery December 3, best decision I ever made.
  10. I feel great. Sometimes i forget to sip instead of gulping. Other then that everything is going great.
  11. It's crazy you mentioned the biggest loser. In one of our group sessions a guy was there who was actually on the biggest loser season 3. He lost 130 pounds and gained 100 back. So now he's back to do the sleeve with my surgeon.
  12. Did anyone have issues with losing weight at the beginning but eventually started losing weight. I am going on two weeks Tuesday and only lost 9 pound the first week and thats it. Thanks
  13. Im feeling really good walking 40 minutes a day. Getting in my water and no pain.
  14. I'm not comparing myself with her just asking a question. She was also given steroids. She is afraid because she is not losing weight.
  15. I had the sleeve Dec 3 and so did she buut she had gastric bypass. Her stomach got real big.

  17. I feel great. The first couple of days i had a hard time with keeping up with the 64 ounce. I lost 10 pounds since surgery which was last week Tuesday. Other then that i feel really good. Thanks for asking
  18. It's not the insurance company, it's your doctor. They want the procedure to be safer by shrinking your liver. My doctor told me the same thing. I knew i would be put on a two week liquid diet before surgery so i started on my own. I drank slim fast twice a day and something light for dinner. I lost 5 pounds the first week. But my doctor had me drink 5 shakes a day, and sugar free jello. I was told to lose 20 pounds within the two weeks but only lost 13. They just want to see your that trying. I had surgery last Tuesday December 3
