  1. Thank you all so much!!!! This is very helpfull. I am going to try Isopure, flavoring some broth with soy, putting my brth in a thermal mug, all kinds of things you all suggested. I am so glad I found this site. Post Surgery Day 9, down 13 pounds.
  2. I am 8 days post op and doing really well with Vitamins, staying hydrated etc but I am having so much trouble getting in Protein. A) Never hungry (My fantom stomach wants a cheeseburger but really, I am not hungry) I hate all the Protein drinks I was having before surgery and the thought of a Protein shake makes me gag. C) I can eat a protein tomato Soup packet with warm Water but I can only eat a couple of spoon fulls and then I am full for hours. D) The only thing I want, like and get plenty of is orange gatorade E) I can do a couple of spoonfulls of greek yogurt but once again, full for hours afterwards I am waiting for the great day when I can go to mushy food but I am affraid I won't be able to eat that either. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
