  1. I too had issues with fluids and 3 days later back in the ER with fluids due to dehydration. The doctor then put me on a nausea patch and what a difference that made. I tell you the only thing I could keep down was popcicles. I tried some tomato soup last night ( 3 weeks post op) I think I will stick with my popcicles today. I hope you feel better soon. Watermellon also helped but I spit it out after I get the juice from it. Try the nausea patches and popcicles. I think you will be surprised. Let us know.

  4. Hello, I am 12 days post op and on stage 2 foods which is to be soft foods like pudding, strained soups, jello, and liguids. I am so bored with these foods does anyone have a good soup receipe that tastes good? I am at the point I wonder what I have done but know it is only the lack of food at this point. I am trying to keep positive. I have lost 20 pounds and feel it should be more after only liquids. I also am having trouble getting portein powdered drinks down hate the taste and hate milk. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.
