  1. well as it says day three and i can definitely feel a change in my self Im not freezing cold. and not biting the head off my other half every five minutes. next two days just clear liquids

  4. i was fine all along about going to Mexico but now its here i am kinda scared but like people on here say i want this more then Im scared of it. i am getting excited now. i started my pre op diet yesterday day and i was down 3 pounds this morning so that was a great kick start. how are you feeling ? you sound very up beat !
  5. hey Im November 19th as well. self pay Mexico so didn't have any pre op check ups. Im traveling from Ireland and the biggest concern for me is my risk of blood clots over the long flight then anesthetic . i have got flight socks and plan to walk as much as possible on my journey. does any one have any other tips i was gonna take an aspirin but my pre surgery notes say if you take it to stop two weeks before so i don't know. any suggestions would be great
  6. ya i have that from my husband too i think he is getting relieved that my pre op diet is starting Thursday . i know he loves me and he wants me to not gain pointless weight that i will then have to go and loose . but its hard this is my second turn at this after failing with the band . he is one of the lucky ones that has never had weight issues

  9. ya we all could use some behaviour modification id say. i am starting my pre op diet on Thursday and i was gonna start before then but i know my self that i would just give in half way through the day then be mad at my self for failing. i worry then when Thursday comes would have made it harder on my self to stick it out when i have to . so here's hoping that i can do this when the time comes

  12. it could be acid reflux. you might need a stronger ant acid. Im not sleeved yet but i had the band and i had this a lot but the top of my stomach was damaged over acid reflux and the food would slip in and out of my stomach and back up my throat. i would try liquid only for a few days and try and get the acid under control if its still there then you might need to get the camera down to check things out x hope you get this sorted . x x
