I know that freaks me out too. I went for my first Dr visit here in Atlanta and I told them I wanted to look into the sleeve and they really pushed for the bypass. I am really wondering if the cost had anything to do with it, they wanting the bypass so the Ins company and myself will have to pay more and the Dr makes more.

Why did y'all decide to do the sleeve instead of the bypass?

Hello, I have taken the first few steps towards getting gastric bypass/sleeve surgery. I went in today and had my first meeting with the Dr and his team. I was looking to having the sleeve done but after talking to the Dr Asst. she recommended the bypass. What made you pick the sleeve over the bypass?
