  1. Hi, I don't have diabetes, but my husband does. He was only slightly overweight, maybe 20 pounds at most, but his oral meds needed a boost, he needed to get his A1C number below 7, so the doc put him on the byetta shots. He has NO appetite. He eats cause I yell at him to eat , he says I am just not hungry. How come *I* can't get me some of that stuff... At any rate, his weight came down as did his A1C numbers, so everyone is happy, 'cept me I caught what he lost. Oh well, is always the case.
