  1. I've wanted to try cross fit for several years now but always felt too 'big' to give it a try. How far post op is it ok to do something as intense as cross fit? I'm 3 weeks post op and don't have much energy yet. I'm walking but I think that's about as much as I'm good for right now. When did you start doing more intense workouts?
  2. I was a self pay with Dr. Cirangle recently. In California it cost me $18,500. Dr. Cirangle is probably the best sleeve surgeon in the nation and If you can afford it I think that he is worth every penny. I had zero complications, no nausea, and I sure appreciated his experience, attention to detail, and concern for his patients. He really goes the extra mile for his patients.
