Wow, I've never been able to eat anything of that substance. I would talk to my Doc. Maybe you are at the right place now and your food intake will slow way down. If I even eat a little to much at one time I will be sick. At my Docs office when you have a fill you are required to be on a liquid diet and mushies for two days after. I hope this helps a little. I love EAS Edge Carb Control. I but the pre-made ones. I think they must be cold to really enjoy them. If you go to Wal-Mart EAS is very cheap and reasonable compared to others out their. I think the chocolate fudge is the best, but the vanilla is okay too. Hope this helps.
