  1. I noticed that after my surgery it took me time to know my body again. Now I know that I have to be taking fluids every two hours if I leave it more that that I feel sick. Also after when I started solids any food that I didn´t have after the surgery made me go to the toilet, but second time I was fine. My live back to normal, no many people even know that I had the surgery. So far I have lost 31lb. Blessings.
  2. God Bless you, I had my surgery nearly thee months ago. After three week from my surgery I had reflux also taking (acid inhibitor) Omeprazole and mylanta. Feeling much better now. Eating almost all kind of food but just tiny portions. Keep taking fibre. Hope you get better soon.
