  1. Hello, I am finally ready to go, after a year of jumping through hoops and proving I have been a big guy my whole life. 3/22/12 my life will change forever! I am ready to live life! I do have a question though. I have worked out in the past and consider myself a pretty strong guy, have muscle and I can hold my own when it comes to lifting and moving things. I have heard that you lose alot of your muscle after surgery and have to regain it back later down the road? Is this true? Second question is how long did it take you to get out and start working out? thank you!!!!! Billy
