  1. Hi! I am new to this group. Haven't had Weight Loss Surgery but going through all the appointments now with dr, psych, physical therapist and nutrionist. After my medical evaluation last week the dr thought the sleeve would be best for me and that is what I am leaning towards also. I'm spfldpam on myfitnesspal.com I love that app on my phone since I found it the end of Jan. This is a great group!
  2. I am from Springfield, IL and just started the process. I've had my medical evaluation, psych visit, labs, MSWL visit #1, 1st nutritionist meeting was today. I went to the local support group this week and one person I spoke with who was post op 1 year was a sleever. She was very nice. It was a supermarket scavenger hunt so I didn't get to met everyone since they split us into groups of three. The other person in my group was preop and started her process in Dec of 2011. So glad I found this group!
