    We are so excited to be able to share this journey. You all are helping tremendously with learning more. So, we would like to join the February sleevers! We are in our fifties. Me retired high school art teacher, Joel still working. We have yo-yoed lots over the last 24 years. Losing the battle. As with all of us, we want a healthier, more active life. Have been on two week pre-surgery diet since Wednesday. Thank goodness for broth!
