  2. I will try that. I was already almost there, but not strict about it. Crackers are the only thing that soothes my stomach.
  3. I had my sleeve in Jan. 2012. I lost 36 lbs. in 12 days, but haven't lost a lb. since then. I have fibromyalgia and 2 broken feet from charcot foot and am insulin dependent. I exercise in my spa pool 3x a week. I am so frustrated and don't know what to do. I am not cheating. Any ideas?
  4. I had my sleeve done at Madigan Army Hospital, WA. in Jan. 2012. I lost 36 lbs. in 12 days and haven't lost a lb. since then. I'm not cheating and finally able to to exercise in my spa pool. I have fibromyalgia, 2 broken feet from charcot foot and am an insulin dependent diabetic and I think that is where the problem is. Insulin blocks my weight loss. I am so frustrated but don't know what to do. Any ideas?
  5. I went to my first seminar over a year ago (Nov.2010). Since then i have had several surgeries to save my foot. i had my vertical sleeve on Jan. 12 2012. It was preformed at Madigan Army Hospital by Dr. Haque. I am now 6 days post op. I am feeling pretty good, except for the fibromyalgia. It should get better as I lose the weight. I started at 436 lbs. I am in a wheel chair and don't walk. Exercise will be more difficult. I will be successful!
