  1. Well, thanks to all of you for your positive feed back. I wish I could say, I feel good about this but not yet. I still struggle with my appetite. I am really concentrating on small portions and walking so maybe it will happen soon. My doctor said 3 meals and no Snacks, walk and drink lots of Fluid. I hope to reply in a week or so with some really great news! Happy Holidays to all of you!
  2. I had surgery 10/31/11 and have lost 23 pounds and seems like hundreds of inches. I don't seem to be losing weight the way I thought. I weighed 248 when I started and now at 224. Am I doing something wrong???Help, if you can please
