Yesterday marked 90 days since my gastric Sleeve Surgery. Currently I have lost 33 lbs since the surgery and 38 lbs since I began my journey. So far I have enjoyed seeing the transformation happen in front of my eyes. I have made it a point to try and work out 5 days a week even if it is just doing crunches in bed. I have always been a fast eater so I still struggle with trying to eat too fast, which ultimately ends up sending me to the bathroom. I have learned quickly though when I am full, so over eating is usually not an issue.
Taking any pills daily has always been a weakness of mine, however I am getting used to it now since Calcium Citrate and one a day's are a part of my life indefinitely. I also struggle getting the full amount of my Protein in per day, but have been working on it.
I hope to post pic's soon - Keep up the good work everyone. I know I do not regret my decision for one second - I miss food - but not as much as I love the way I am beginning to feel.
