    Myocel manufactured by Medacorp is the high Protein shake recommended by my doctor. Also, the "Fat Flush Plan" author (Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D.) has a good, high protein, powdered shake "Fat Flush whey Protein" with no sugar.
