  1. Hey guys...Im 6 months out and down 63lbs YIppee!! I am happy about the weight lose but its been stalled because of my chronic back pain. I have had the steroid shots and just got another one yesterday because of the constant pain. . I am working out every other day about 45 minutes with circuit training and cardio. But because of the pain I am limited to what i can do. I was wondering how others get around this?
  2. These taste really good if they are put in the freezer for a lol bit to make it slushy..,
  3. I'm feeling the same way.. I've never been thin.. And in a way I'm freaking out because ive always been shy and quiet to avoid being noticed due to my size.. My clothes fit really loose and I took them in to get them taken in.. Maybe that's something you can do.. But on the bright side I'm happy to know that there are things I can do now.. Like not losing my breathe up the stairs.. Try to stay positive.. That's what is helping me
  4. Tomorrow is my surgery. I lost 11 pounds during pre-op diet. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I registered at the hospital last night so it's a go. Just have to call after 6 tonight to find out the arrival time. I packed my bag last night and the cout down begins. Thank you all for your posts. They have very helpful and I'm glad we have a forum where patients like us can relate and bounce off questions off each other. Hope you all have a good day!!!!
