    Hi there, Im getting the gastric sleeve as well through Kaiser. I already did all the required appointments but I need to lose 15 pounds so I have to do this pre op diet before I can move on.. Like you said its alot to swallow when you read it... but does it get easier? Do you have any cool recipes your willing to share>? and what worked best for you Thanks
