  1. I had my vertical sleeve surgery on June 20, 2011. So far everything is good. I am up to Phase 3 diet. Hard to get all of my protein in. I have lose 17lbs to date. I feel like this was the best thing I ever did. Wish the best to all of those getting ready to have the surgery. The first night was rough smooth sailing after.
  2. My surgery is scheduled for June 20, 2011. I am getting nervous but anxious. Does anyone know how long you have to be off of work to heal up?
