Good Afternoon to all, I pray that everyone is well on today. It’s been a while since I been on the form, but I been getting everyone update on their success weekly, congratulations to all. I haven’t been on here recording my success because my weight loss been much slower than everyone else and it use to bother me real bad, because I didn’t think that the tool (my sleeve) that God had blessed me with was working out for me, but I have found that to be a lie. I have lost something every week, anywhere from 1 to 4 pounds; either I am going to loss on the low end 1 point something or on the high end 3 or 4 pounds, this only come so often, but I am very appreciative of the benefits my sleeve has giving me, every pound. I didn’t realize the weight nor the inches that I had lost because I was still putting on those big clothes that were very baggie on me and my shirts would lean to one side because they were extremely too big. Until a few weeks, maybe even a month ago I got up one morning and in went into my daughter room, into her closet and tried on the biggest pair of pants she had which was a 16W and they fit me prefect. All I could say is to God be the glory, Thank you Jesus. Then I put on one of her shirts which is a large and what you say I could fit that too, I couldn’t stop praising God and looking in the mirror, lmbo. So, that’s when reality kicked in for me, that the weight was coming off, not as fast as I wanted it too, but it is happening. With that said I am the healthiest I ever been, feeling great, doing things I haven’t done in years and something I haven’t done in my life time and I truly live for it and enjoy every moment of it today and that’s working out, it’s a part of my life style today. So, this morning I weigh in at 258.8 and that’s a 1.4 pound loss for me this week. And again congratulation to everyone on their success and I hope you all have a blessed and safe weekend. Regina

Congratulations to everyone on their success this week. What a mighty God I serve, all praise to the most high God. I am 270.6 I am 6 pounds lighter, thank you Jesus. I am so looking forward to being in the 260's I can't remember when I was in that weight bracket . Have joyful weekend!!!!

Happy Saturday Everyone. Giving God some glory for the two pound weight loss for this week, weighing inn at 276.0. I have been struggling for the last couple of weeks with not eating right and I am feeling a down from that and it's been hard trying to stop eating wrong. I am happy to see everyone success this week. @My sister Sleeve4me, I agree with Peacequeen, you are building muscle, keep up the good work. @Peacequeen, Happy Birthday to you, may God bless you to see many, many more years. @ Vance, 1 pound is better than none. So Congrats on your one pound loss this week, I am sure you will make it up next. Today, I weigh inn at 278.0, im down 3.6 this week and I giving all the glory to my Heavenly Father. Everyone is doing a awesome job with their weigh loss progress, keep up the good work. It's always a blessing to come on here to see everyone is doing a great job losing weight. I am down 2 more pounds, that bring me to 286.6 to God be the glory. I haven't been in the gym for two weeks, because I had been just super tired and didn't know why and now I am feeling a lot better and can't wait to get back in the gym monday, it's on again:). Good Afternoon Sister, I know you have received some bad new, but we serve a God that is greater than anything we could possible go through. The devil is a liar; you got nothing but a fight in you, because you could over come anything with the help of our Almighty God. We are healed by the stripes of JESUS CHRIST; Jesus has over come sickness and everything else for us on the cross. Now Sis, just as God granted you the ability to beat obesity, the BLOOD of JESUS will help you beat atherosclerosis; confession of the word over our situation and circumstances gives us peace and grant us healing. I am praying for you sister and believing in the name of Jesus you are healed. Speak life in your situation because God has giving us the ability to do that, according to His word, there is power of life and death in the our tongue, you already know this sisJ, SPEAK LIFE. We as believer has to go through trails and tribulations but the word of God tells us to be of good cheer Jesus have over come those things. Don’t give the enemy any room to still the peace and joy God has given you. Paise God I am all for a challegen, today is my weight in and I'm 289.8 praising God for every pound that comes off. I would love to be down at least 50 more pounds in three months. Let's go down in size and inches!!!! I pray that everyone meet there goal that has been set for this three month challegen, in Jesus name. AMEN. Gina

Hey everyone, my weight today is 291.0 I'm down two pounds from last week,. I am watching myself shrink and it feels GREAT. I'm give God all the glory for this process and thanking Jesus daily for what is taking place. I'm loving this once a week weight in. Have a blessing and joyful weekend everyone :). Gina

Happy New Years Everyone. God is an awesome God in all His ways!!!! Great job to everone that weight in today, well I didn't have a big number loss, but I am very thankful to God for this 1 pound and I am not for sure how many inches I know it's a lot because I am fitting a 1x and I was wearing a 3x pants to God be the glory!!! 293.0 is my weight today!!!!
