Well I did it!!! It was scary being in a foreign country speaking no Spanish myself but now it's done and over with! Thank God!! I made i!!!. There were times I thought I wouldn't it was so painful afterwards but it was just the gas from surgery where they blow up you up to do it Laproscopically and the fact that I have never had major surgery before so I was a bit of a baby. Some people in my group were great after surgery and others of us took it a little more slowly. My husband was with me in Mexico and throughout my journey (I'm so blessed) and he told me that once I felt better I would come back do it all over again in a heartbeat if I needed to and at the time I thought he was CRAZY but being back in the comfort of my own home in minimum pain I agree with him. I have made a life changing alteration and I am so excited for my results. I have been morbidly obese for about 15 years and I so tired of being sick and tired and ready for my life to begin!! I have lost 25lbs so far between my pre op diet and my surgery. Mainly pre op weight loss of 18 lbs but everyday since surgery a little more comes off.
