  1. need a multi vitamin that I can stomach

    need help with a multi vitamin. my surgeon recommends Bariatric Advantage vitamins, but I have tried the crystals and all 3 flavors of the chewable, and they all make me nascous. Any suggestions are welcome because at this point I am not taking any vitamins.

  3. 10 days post op and not sure if its going right

    I am 4 days out, and I am struggling to get the liquids and protein in right now. I no I am not getting what was reccomended in, but I am doing my best. i dont feel dehydrated yet. My stomach is very gasy and constantly gurgling. ugh
