So I am almost a year out and down 80 pounds. I started at 231 and am currently at 150. My pants size was an 18 im now in a size 8! I havent been excersizing and needless to say even dieting ;/ whoops lol but the weight still came off just as easy. This surgery has been the best thing that has ever happened to me, I am finally feeling more comfortable in my own skin as a young adult, being only 20 I have alot of growing up to do and plan to work my sleeve to its full potential as the year goes on.
