    Hi i am thinking of having sleeve done and was wondering about Dr Kelly and Mexico experience. I have medical insurance but it covers no obesity procedures so it will be up to me to pay for procedure. I have noticed advertisements in mexico are much cheaper than here in US. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks Trish
