  1. <br /><br /><br /> dr jossart my name is dr nestor. I have a patient who i made a fundoplication nissen 2 years ago for a severe reflux. then she gain a lot of weight and a few months ago I made a sleeve gastric on her not touching de nissen. I made the gastrectomy on the side the fundoplication, and was successful. Let me tell you that I never cut de short gastric vessels during the fundoplication, so I did not had the necesity to reverse the nissen. and the patient lossed a lot of weight and never appears the reflux again. whats your opinion thanks.
